The interview process included: 1) an application, 2) a written test of case study questions, 3) an interview that entailed creating/presenting a presentation, behavioral questions, and standard interview questions. I went through the entire process, but was unfortunately not offered a position. I would have rated my overall experience as neutral, however, after the interview process, I was frustrated that they did not respond to my request for feedback after. Of course, they do not owe me this. That said, given the amount of time applicants had to invest into the process (the written test, creating a presentation, interviews, etc), it would have been more professional to provide feedback to all the candidates.
