The overall interview process went well and everyone I have interviewed with from HR to the team I was going to join was great. First step was basic screening questions with HR, and then second step was interwiew with the hiring manager for about 45 minutes. Afterwards , an hour interview with the panel of three people that also went well. What I absolutely hated is the fact that they asked about the minimum salary that I wanted during the screening questions, and then after the multiple interviews, they make an offer lower than my minimum request ....and that was the best they could do. Even for such a great company, I am not willing to settle for less than what I believe is a fair rate. Let's be respectful of one another's time and start acting like mature people.
