Interview
The hiring process is quite long, lasting up to 8 interviews, but allows the candidate to really know the company in depth before taking a decision. The process was the following:
- HR phone screen
- 30-minute C test by email
- 45-minute Skype interview on both technical and human aspects with potential manager
- a small but challenging programming project in C
- an afternoon at Scality in the Paris office for several consecutive technical interviews
- 30-minute interview with the potential team leader
- 30-minute interview with the VP Engineering
- 30-minute interview with the CTO
