Interview
Three people each with their own questions that ran the gamut from "tell me about your numbers in your prior position" to "what gets you up in the morning" so I sensed they each had their own style of questions and then they met to review the answers. I got an offer but the position was straight commission and I refused the offer

What gets you up in the morning?
Tell me about yourself
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ScerIS in Feb 2010
Interview
Recruiter sent over my resume, and there was no phone interview. Interviewed with 3 VP's, all with varying personalities and questions. Good guy, bad guy to some extent. Some very good questions including: What gets you up in the morning? What don't I know about you? The interview lasted approximately 1.5 hours. Did not get a tour of the facility, therefore only had hiring management view. Sensed limited freedom in the position - numbers oriented. Company appeared to have limited growth opportunities. Manager call recruiter the next day to say that I was way over-qualified.
