First they had test online then interview 2 rounds based on your resume and electronics based.
In interviews rounds first was technical and second was HR + technical.
Progress questions are also asked
The interview lasted around one hour with the manager and included both technical and personality-based questions. The manager asked about my past projects, problem-solving approach, and how I communicate complex engineering topics to non-technical people. Overall, it was structured and conversational.

How did you answer?
I explained that I would simplify the concept using relatable analogies, avoid unnecessary jargon, and connect the idea to real-life examples so the listener can understand the core function without technical depth.
