The interview consisted of lunch at a location of my choice. There were no useless questions asked like "explain a time when...." or "where do you see yourself in 5 years..." The interview was a discussion to see if it was a good fit for both the company and myself. The Principle laid out 5 honest reasons why I should not join the firm to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting into.
I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter Jake. The phone call went smooth and was discussing details about the position. I was informed about the details on the following steps and was told I would be contacted. I was never contacted after following up. I wish things were upfront and transparent.
