I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Indianapolis, IN) in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. If your application meets the standards the recruiter and hiring manager are looking for, you'll be contacted by a recruiter for a screening call. If they feel you are a good fit, they will pass you on to the hiring manager for a 1hr interview. This interview has a few behavior based questions but is mainly a conversation to understand your work ethic, how you work with others, and aspirations. If the hiring manager feels you are right for the role, they will schedule another additional 1hr interview with a Sr. Sales Director to have a similar conversation. If the Sr. Sales Director gives you the approval, you will have a final 1hr call with the VP of Sales to confirm you are a good fit for the sales organization. They are all virtual Teams interviews with some behavioral questions, Schneider Electric product knowledge, and mainly conversation to test your fit with their team expectations.
