I had 2 interviews, the second one being 2 working days after the first one(with weekend in between). The recruiters were very friendly and made it easier for me to talk with them. The communication went really smoothly as they made the atmosphere comfortable for the interviewee. What I treasured the most was that from the beginning on, I always got a personal call from the recruiter, which made the experience way more special. I was told that Schneider Electric always try to give personal feedback. I felt I was more appreciated here and am looking forward to be working in the company

Video Interview with HR and future manager. Simple Discussion about tasks and opportunities. Talked about the necessary skillset required and flexibility of tasks. Walked them through my CV and ended with a presentation about Schneider Electric.
