Interview
The interview process was disheartening as you can clearly see from the interviewers that it was bias as they passed candidates who didn’t have experienced whereas candidates who have experiences didn’t make it to the other rounds. The assessments were not worth the time & effort, it felt more like a school test rather than a Job interview. First stage you’re doing an online test that makes you read a lot and have 6 mins to complete a ‘yes’, ‘no’ or ‘no idea’ type of Q&A. Second stage is a group discussion where the first speaker(chosen by the group) and second speaker(chosen by the interviewer) will most likely be chosen by default to the next stage. Overall would not recommend to other Future candidates.
Yet to attend assessment day. I've only been through the online process thus far and have now progressed to the AC cabin crew day. Having done the online test/personality test.
Assessment Day:
1: Document & Grooming Check - qualifications, English proficiency, and physical checks
2: Verbal Assessment - evaluate your communication and spoken English skills.
3: Group Discussion - Team-building and role-play exercises to observe your teamwork, problem-solving, and "Scootitude".
4: Final Interview - 1-on-1 interview and role-play
Just be yourself and be confident. It will be having a few stages, from group, small group to individual. Will be having random questions, like you pick a word then you describe the word or tell your experience.
