Generally working less hours and days as compared to an office job. Work flow is easy to get the hang of.

Cons

Have to play a lot of politics and just endure the miserable managers. Just say sorry even if you know they're just making things difficult for you

Annual Bonus and some flight benefits but not free anyways.

Cons

Managers who are condescending and think they know it all. There are people with Ego issues and every little issues will be used against the employee. Some of them think that they’re god and people have to bow to them.
