HR got in touch after i sent in my CV speculatively. Was invited to come by the office for a discussion but was not given the exact JD. Had to email him after the call after he failed to respond with details, but he only arranged an appointment with no further mention of the JD. Had a panel interview with 3 interviewers including HR representative. Apparent mismatch in the level of experience they were hiring against my background, and HR did not clarify with other interviewers. Felt that there was miscommunication right from the beginning as HR rep did not provide any information to myself prior to arranging a formal interview. Obvious mismatch of expectations and experience during the interview process, and i highlighted to the panel at the meeting. No further comments or follow up was given by company. Seem disorganized especially from the HR directives.
