I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Scoot in Jan 2018
Interview
So much of being “We want you” .
Went down for the assessment ,so the interview goes by stages for each stage you deem unsatisfactory you will be eliminated. If you come from the minority races, chances of you getting eliminate in the first few stages is higher because bias exposed right under my nose, I’ve seen it. Unless if you are from tigerair then you will get it easily.
The interview comprises of
-Written verbal test
-Group discussion
-Role play
-1to1 interview
Yet to attend assessment day. I've only been through the online process thus far and have now progressed to the AC cabin crew day. Having done the online test/personality test.
Assessment Day:
1: Document & Grooming Check - qualifications, English proficiency, and physical checks
2: Verbal Assessment - evaluate your communication and spoken English skills.
3: Group Discussion - Team-building and role-play exercises to observe your teamwork, problem-solving, and "Scootitude".
4: Final Interview - 1-on-1 interview and role-play
Just be yourself and be confident. It will be having a few stages, from group, small group to individual. Will be having random questions, like you pick a word then you describe the word or tell your experience.
