It was my first time having interview with Scoot, what surprised me was that the whole interview session considered relaxing and fun. Interviewers would not give any pressures on you, instead they're friendly and nice. The way of presenting yourself don't have to be too formal. You can talk in a way like you're chatting with a friend, they surely will accept this form of presentation. However, it doesn't mean it's easy, you still have to do your best and remember to put a smile on your face because you will look nervous when you don't smile and some of them who got too nervous had been washed out.

I was asked to present on a random word "Canada". Be spontaneous as you will only be given 2 minutes to prepare a 2 minutes presentation.
Yet to attend assessment day. I've only been through the online process thus far and have now progressed to the AC cabin crew day. Having done the online test/personality test.
Assessment Day:
1: Document & Grooming Check - qualifications, English proficiency, and physical checks
2: Verbal Assessment - evaluate your communication and spoken English skills.
3: Group Discussion - Team-building and role-play exercises to observe your teamwork, problem-solving, and "Scootitude".
4: Final Interview - 1-on-1 interview and role-play
Just be yourself and be confident. It will be having a few stages, from group, small group to individual. Will be having random questions, like you pick a word then you describe the word or tell your experience.
