Went through an Assessment Centre whereby they had the standard group discussion and 1 to 1 interview session. The Assessment Centre was very well organized and Staff were friendly. 1-2 weeks after the Assessment Centre, I was contacted to inform that I had been selected.

Situational Questions relating how you would deal with an angry passenger for instance was asked.
Yet to attend assessment day. I've only been through the online process thus far and have now progressed to the AC cabin crew day. Having done the online test/personality test.
Assessment Day:
1: Document & Grooming Check - qualifications, English proficiency, and physical checks
2: Verbal Assessment - evaluate your communication and spoken English skills.
3: Group Discussion - Team-building and role-play exercises to observe your teamwork, problem-solving, and "Scootitude".
4: Final Interview - 1-on-1 interview and role-play
Just be yourself and be confident. It will be having a few stages, from group, small group to individual. Will be having random questions, like you pick a word then you describe the word or tell your experience.
