Applied online . Passed online assessment. Invited to KL assessment day .
First round was , documents check , height check and assessors check your scars ( one of the assessors seems very judgmental if you’re not their race )
Second round , english test ( be sure to think quickly )
Third round , individual presentation and group presentation ( for group presentation, you have to be very active , keep talking )

Yet to attend assessment day. I've only been through the online process thus far and have now progressed to the AC cabin crew day. Having done the online test/personality test.
Assessment Day:
1: Document & Grooming Check - qualifications, English proficiency, and physical checks
2: Verbal Assessment - evaluate your communication and spoken English skills.
3: Group Discussion - Team-building and role-play exercises to observe your teamwork, problem-solving, and "Scootitude".
4: Final Interview - 1-on-1 interview and role-play
Just be yourself and be confident. It will be having a few stages, from group, small group to individual. Will be having random questions, like you pick a word then you describe the word or tell your experience.
