They need to improve respectfulness skills one on one with individual candidates. When you are terrible at time and work management, plus need to work on holiday, don't let your resent be channeled to some else because it is very unprofessional and immature. To female assessor who wearing spectacle, try avoiding practicing poker face next time, that's does not how you display your cuteness, and to male assessor who is seems soft in physical character and dye bit his hair, next time try to be nice and respectful on one on one on candidate because that first impression is the last impression. Working in the low-cost airlines industry doesn't mean the attitude and resilience need to be low. I did not manage to go to the last stage as my group peers did not allow me to speak and share my ideas in the group discussion. What a day.
