I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Scoot (Singapore) in Apr 2012
Interview
It was strictly an invite only interview, so make sure you applied online first as they need your reference number and invite letter. It started off with height test, and submit your documents. You must have your CV. Then they would put you in a group of 10, they gave a random topic you just talk about it individually. I heard some groups have to showcase their talents like singing etc. Next would be group exercise, some games and group discussions. Here they would like to see how you work with others. After that English and Math test. Then you will be filling in some forms and once you are done, it will be 1-1 interview. Less than a week I received the call/email that I had been selected and proceed with medical checkup which I had to pay myself but it was reimbursed once training started.

Just be yourself and be confident. It will be having a few stages, from group, small group to individual. Will be having random questions, like you pick a word then you describe the word or tell your experience.
