The time to process the job application and set up first interview alone took 6-8 weeks, I’m not sure if this is the correct process/timeline for a company? Not to mention, they have changed the date and time at least 3 times.
During the interview, they are very non-engaging. keep smiling behind the screen as though you look like a joke to them. Ask the hiring manager to describe day to day role but the answers are so vague, it feels like they are telling me to read back on the job description.
Emailed me say that they keen to set up a second interview. Asked for my availability and I provided it. Then go radio silence for days, its only when i email in and then HR say hiring manager is busy. After that got ghosted with no updates again. Seems like they are not very keen to hire afterall because they cannot even set aside their time to hire. What’s make u think u will have a proper guidance when u join them? Yes scoot away from this kind of company. All the reviews here are real.
By the way, despite second interview not being arranged/confirmed, HR told me to wait for them to arrange the 2nd interview and push the offers I have on hand away. quite ridiculous when your hiring process is a major issue here, not me.
Improve on your hiring process. what a bad experience. like some reviews say, revamp the entire HR. Time-waster really.

Applied for the role and was lucky to get a response 2 days after to finish up a case study. Went for the interview 2 weeks after date of application and was told that they would get back within 2 weeks. Ghosted for more than 2 months despite following up through email and whatsapp. Do not even bother respecting applicants by simply replying emails.

There were 2 stages of interviews. The first interview was a brief one, and a second interview was more about the job. In general, the interview process was quite smooth, and questions asked were relevant to the job scope as stated.
