Interview
I applied for the Scoot STEP Programme for Graduates.
1. 3 different online tests (Testdome for technical tests and some IQ tests). Seems like you actually do not have to pass this component to advance to the next round, after hearing from other candidates I met.
2. Onsite, similar to a case comp in the morning and a F2F interview in the afternoon (only if you pass the case comp). My F2F interview was on the more difficult end, they gave pseudocode on the spot to solve and asked me..."How hungry are you for this job?".
I was moved from the graduate programme to direct hire, requiring an additional interview (since the graduate programme involved rotations between different jobs) to focus solely on software engineering, but the HR process was quite bad, with the lack of info given to me and delays. (I will not elaborate on this, but probably one of the worst HR experiences)
One of the tech leads seemed to be a really solid person and their tech stack seems decent as well. So that's a plus. I declined the offer as the salary package and other benefits could not justify some of the downsides, such as location. Note that the STEP programme involves rotations into non-SWE roles as well.

Interview
Applied through Scoot jobs portal (website vi workday account).
Completed Work Behaviour Related online assessment.
Invited for interview at the Assessment Center for a full length day.
There were Group Assessment for Group Case Study & Presentation.
And there were the Interview session with the Hiring Team and HR Personnel.
Been informed for shortlisted for offer few days after the Assessment Center.
Took about a week for the offer package to come in and another week to receive the Letter of Appointment (LO).
Would be appreciate if there will be more understanding as there is some circumstances happened and required longer time to review the documents.
Been keep rushing for on-boarding documents sign-off which required timely review before sign-off. Where the LOA and other documents were prepared & send over with some period of time as well that reduce the time for documents review.
On boarded the company the following week.
Total duration of the process is about 3 weeks from the Assessment Center/Interview day.
