Interview
Prior to the physical 5-steps assessment, they will ask you to do a 25-30min online assessments. This assessment will consist of your personality test IQ test. The personality test seemed to be judging if your an introvert, ambivert or extroverts. While the IQ test will be a bunch of questions on noticing the patterns to figure out what is the missing piece.

Yet to attend assessment day. I've only been through the online process thus far and have now progressed to the AC cabin crew day. Having done the online test/personality test.
Assessment Day:
1: Document & Grooming Check - qualifications, English proficiency, and physical checks
2: Verbal Assessment - evaluate your communication and spoken English skills.
3: Group Discussion - Team-building and role-play exercises to observe your teamwork, problem-solving, and "Scootitude".
4: Final Interview - 1-on-1 interview and role-play
Just be yourself and be confident. It will be having a few stages, from group, small group to individual. Will be having random questions, like you pick a word then you describe the word or tell your experience.
