      Singapore
      No offer
      Neutral experience

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Scoot (Singapore) in May 2018

      Interview

Three rounds. First, involving assessment tests that were more troublesome than grad program of top-notch MNC, then if you pass, the hr will call you to talk to you for a short session on the phone. Then, the second round will move on to interview with HR and hiring manager (typical behavioural questions and make sure u study about aviation rev mgmt). If you pass, you will move onto a panelist (5 people) individual case study presentation. Hiring manager (same person u met during round 2) was a nice guy, but rest of the panelists were scary (Try to find faults on your presentation as much as possible, as though you have been working as an analyst for years). (Although it was a budget airline, I felt as though they were hiring some super smart people to join them, like those good enough to get in IBD.) So if the panelists were not convinced with your presentation more or less you are out. Hr won't even contact you to tell you that you are rejected so don't think too much about it when there is no answer for a week, it probably means you are out and get going to search for something else. They have been posting the job application since ancient time, and I don't think they can get candidates that are good enough for them. I went through to the final round and wanna share about the entire process. Good Luck

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Round 2 - Why scoot? What do you know about Rev Mgmt in Airline? If I reject you now what will you do after this? (typical behavioral questions) Round 3 - A case study.
