Interview
A little tough and you won't know how you fare. A lot of candidates and it's based on debate and solving a problem. Requires you to have critical thinking skills.
Relatively smooth process, will ask you your past experiences and motivation to join them. Need to show interest in aviation matters and be familiar with recent developments. Other than that no major issues.

Interview
The interview was challenging. And the previous rounds were something that requires a little bit of preperation before attending. Always read out instructions carefully and plan ahead. They mostly focus on bombarding you with scenario based questions and test your quick response. And how prompt it is.
