Personally, i think after you pass the online assessment for the scoot interview for the physical interview is fairly easy compared to other company interview consist of 4 section documents check english test, group disccusion and 1 to 1 interview

Why would you become a cabin crew, what you expected from this job
Yet to attend assessment day. I've only been through the online process thus far and have now progressed to the AC cabin crew day. Having done the online test/personality test.
Assessment Day:
1: Document & Grooming Check - qualifications, English proficiency, and physical checks
2: Verbal Assessment - evaluate your communication and spoken English skills.
3: Group Discussion - Team-building and role-play exercises to observe your teamwork, problem-solving, and "Scootitude".
4: Final Interview - 1-on-1 interview and role-play
Just be yourself and be confident. It will be having a few stages, from group, small group to individual. Will be having random questions, like you pick a word then you describe the word or tell your experience.
