Interview
applied online and then got invited for a coffee chat with the recruiter. I had the next round with a Director on the team and a person from HR. The interview was a mix of behavioral and technical.
Friendly and straightforward. 3 back to back rounds - behavioural, stock pitch, technical. 1-2 interviewers for each round. Very friendly but will challenge you at times with tough questions. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

First round is technicals but very macro-based. Superday consists of 3 back to back panels: 1 technical, 1 relationship management, 1 mix of both. All lasted for about 30 minutes and everyone gets the same question; very standardized.
