Scripps Health New Grad RN interview questions

I applied online and got an email back with a link to complete a virtual interview right away. you have 72 hours to complete the interview and if you pass that round you get another interview

The first part of the process is doing a recorded video answering interview questions. You don't get the questions ahead of time, but you can re-record the answers as many times as you'd like. The questions were more typical and standard interview questions. The second part was a Zoom interview with one of the managers and one of the nurses. That part of the interview included a few clinical questions. Then I also had a Zoom interview with the manager of the floor that would be my "permanent" position after the DEU in La Jolla.
