Friendly and positive attitude during the screening and tech interview. Interesting questions more inclined towards candidate’s experience.
Got a „positive feedback” on home assignment, but „they decided to continue with candidates that took more time to finish it and finished it more precisely”. I spent almost 7h on creating the fullstack app in go&react and writing architecture document and apparently they prefer people who do not follow their own assignment rules.

I was contacted by company recruiter for an open position for Kubernetes engineer. I had an initial call with the recruiter that introduced me the company. They didn’t share the salary range for the position. After that i had 2 interviews (1 hour each). A general talk with tech lead and a pair programming session where I was fixing Go program. The next stage was take home assignment where I was supposed to spend more than 8 hours. I didn’t have time for that kind of commitment so Ive dropped from the process.
