SeaChange interview questions

Applied online - phone screening - in person interview. They don't have clear idea whom to hire and when to hire. As I read reviews as shrinking ship before the interview as there is mass layoffs in 2017 first quarter. No Idea why they started hiring now - to lay off again?? As I need a job, I applied for it. When I saw the product, you need at least 9 months of your time to get understand and support the clients, rather than choose different company to master at something. I wasted my time to give it a shot **Non Immgriants- better not to try for interview - they will not hire you as simple as that. I scored 100% in interview process until last round. Due to visa status they not selected me.
