Entire interview process expressed the organization's culture from the initial stage. Went through 3 rounds of interview - 1) Telephonic interview with HR, 2) F2F interview with Engineer for 3 different departments all well planned and also given orientation and went for department visit upon being finalized on the same day with one of the Engineer's 3) Finally F2F with Manager. After hiring, was introduced to department manager and given orientation on company and department practices and introduced to all team member's. The best part was being introduced to people whom I had to work with closely in my role that was missed out during initial introduction.

Mostly general questions and situation based questions to ascertain how the individual will handle a given situation during uncertainty. The technical round had simple questions.
Was selected for interview for a few available position as i have previous experience. One of the dept requirement is high as it is a critical process (understable). Was informed at the end of the day that i was selected for the positions.
