Oh no! We're so sorry about that. Our process is usually rock solid about notifying candidates that have interviewed with us. We will do some investigation on our side to figure out what went wrong and modify our process to stop anything falling through the cracks in the future. UPDATE: We audited our hiring process and found that there was a large lag in our response times to potential candidates in a certain stage for the Product Designer role. We have made a change that will increase the frequency of touch points going forward.
