Applied online and heard back to schedule an initial call with the Head of Product and Product Manager. That process was pretty organized and quick.
The 30-min interview itself was pretty straightforward and I was told I would hear back if they want to move me forward in about a week either way.
That was the last of them, and never heard back from them again.

Tell is about yourself; how did you end up in design?
Oh no! We're so sorry about that. Our process is usually rock solid about notifying candidates that have interviewed with us. We will do some investigation on our side to figure out what went wrong and modify our process to stop anything falling through the cracks in the future.
UPDATE: We audited our hiring process and found that there was a large lag in our response times to potential candidates in a certain stage for the Product Designer role. We have made a change that will increase the frequency of touch points going forward.
