Interview
Went in for a 1 on 1 interview asked simple questions and was hired nothing too hard. Met with manager at the time and he was pretty laid back asked about my education which was related to the job and was hired. no negotiations since it was a commission based job.

Progressed from phone screen to in person, to written and hands on testing for ability. Testing took half day of written and half day of skills testing. Approval had to come from home office before local management could extend offer. Also drug screen before hire and background check. Doubt offer would be given if drug test or background came back negative.
