After completing an online application and online personality assessment, receive a phone call from a manager from the restaurant for an interview, meet with the manager of respective department, if interview goes well a second interview with the managing chef partner (back of house) or managing partner (general manager/front of house)
Very easy interview process. Spoke with the franchise owner, hosting manager, and serving manager (in training). The three of them interviewed me one-on-one and were very easy to talk to.

A waste of time they will have you come in, Then ask a bunch of personal questions to get in your business then tell you they have no hours. It was really a waste of time
