I applied for the job through Indeed.com. I was sent an email within two-three days saying that I was to call the restaurant to set up an interview date and time. My interview was the next day. The Restaurant Manager didn't really ask me a lot of questions. The interview only last about 10-15 minutes.

I applied online and the Darden website automatically set me up with an interview. I went into the restaurant and talked with the manager in a booth for about 15 minutes. I was offered employment before I left.
