Interview
You apply online and then are called in for a face to face interview. Some people are interviewed by multiple managers some are not. I was interviewed only by the GM. It was very short, he talked a lot about himself and what he liked to do and liked about the restaurant, a lot about the values of Seasons 52. I was then told I was hired and to wait to be contacted by email.
