Assessment tests during the application process. Once assessments are complete, and your resume is reviewed and approved, you’ll be scheduled for an interview. Two interviews are standard (some will be given on the same day-on the spot 2nd if they like you). Wine knowledge is a plus. Basic interview questions. No drug screening.
