3 layers of interviews. The first was with a would-be co-worker (sorted out who should be considered). The next was with the rest of my other would-be coworkers and the hiring manager. The last interview was with the hiring manager and the VP. After being here for some time now, I can say the process differs for each hiring manager. Each hiring manager has their own preference on gettting HR, peers, leadership in the hiring process.
