Had a phone interview which lasted about 10 mins. During the interview, the interviewer had talked more about the position in detail and about very specific and technical knowledge about what was being done rather than asking questions to me as the interviewee which quite threw me off balance. After asking a few basic questions, I then asked them if they had concerns about my experience. They then proceeded to express their concern about a certain skill that I have on my resume at least 3 times and had just talked about a few minutes before. This was very discouraging and reflected badly on not just me but on the Lab as well.
