The interview for the new grad RN program was two back to back panel interviews. I spoke with 5 nurse managers in the first panel, and 5 nurses (one from each of the manager's units) in the next panel.

Most of the interview questions were "tell me about a time when" questions. For example; tell me about a special experience with a patient, tell me about a time where you helped improve safety, etc
not too bad. can be stressful with panel interviews. nursing managers can be tough depending on units, not sure about current nursing managers, PICU was tough. ER not too bad. medical unit easy.
