Interview
They contacted me quickly after applying to set up an interview. I met with a few different groups of people including potential coworkers with same job title, administrative managers, etc in a group setting. People were friendly and interesting to talk with. They wanted to know my technical skills in Microsoft Office and writing skills. They asked a long list of standard interview questions. There were two in-person interviews and follow-up questions by phone. Not much orientation to the larger hospital - was kind of left on my own to figure out where everything was.
Two round interview with behavioral questions. Met first with the hiring manager and a committee of staff from various departments. Then met with the director. There was an administrative skillsctest using Excel.

Question 1
I was asked what skills I could bring to the position
I scheduled to meet with someone in HR for the position, at noon. I waited an hour to hear back and never did. I called the number in the email, and it went to voicemail. No one ever got back to me or followed up to my email inquiry or voicemail. It was incredibly unprofessional and a waste of my time.
