Did a phone interview and followed up with a Teams video interview with 3 people. It seemed like a huge deal that I had been out of school for 2-3 years which was surprising to me. I went straight to work after receiving my undergrad and didn't have any gaps in my resume. Had stayed at my previous job for 3 years. Their qualification is a bachelor's but from talking around it seems as if they only hire people with their masters. The interviewing environment didn't feel welcoming.
