Pretty fast process. Phone screen and interview. The interview was fine, however I could tell the person who interviewed me found the PMHS to be a very mentally taxing position with high turnover. They seemed quite burnt out themselves. I appreciated their transparency and generally they were really kind, but I was also given no information regarding how Seattle Children’s is trying to remedy this issue. I also found the person that conducted my phone screening to be pretty rude. I was not offered this position but I feel as though I dodged a bullet.
