Interview
The interview process was pretty normal. First a phone interview to get the basics out of the way. Then two in person interviews back to back. The first had two people. The second had three people interviewing. Each interview took about half an hour. They did a role play for cross selling a credit card. They are very sells focused and most of the questions were based on sells. Overall disappointed that a credit union would feel like a bank.
