Applied online then had phone interview a couole of days later. Ended with a panel interview a week later. Received an offer by phone days later. Questions were about previous experiences and how they were handled.

Interview was very professional. Managers very engaged in building rapport and presenting the opportunity for a good fit. Environment inviting for open discussion and relationship building started from the beginning of the process. The managers care about their candidates.
