Securly Operations Support Manager interview questions

There isn't much to describe about the interview process. The company was organized, polite, and professional up to the phone screen, and then they ghosted. I see from other reviews here that this seems to be a pattern. It is incredibly unprofessional to expect candidates to spend their time to prepare for an interview process, say "we'll let you know either way" and then not only not follow up with even a form letter, but to ignore emails/phone calls from the candidates that were not chosen.
