Enthusiastic and interested HR recruiter, kind and intelligent hiring manager. Requires several writing samples which is always a yellow flag as other interviewers have mentioned that this is essentially free labor. Lots of change within their HR dept perhaps mixing up candidates - bounced recruiters with no notice and saw a slightly modified version of the req go up on LinkedIn with another recruiter before my second interview. Never heard back and finally got a rejection after a few follow-ups.
