It was a seamless process. Sean from the Talents team reached out on Linkedln and had a zoom call scheduled. The discussion was around my experience, goals and general talk. He handled all the interview schedules and communications and it was always wonderful speaking with him. Post that, there were three rounds of interviews. One was with the Production support team which was a technical round. The team was very friendly and it never seemed like there is pressure to know it all. It was more discussion on technical aspects than merely a question-answer. The second round was with the VP of Client Success (Manager) and this was more on my long term goals and thought process. The final round was a presentation style Interview where I was provided with an exercise (scenarios) to present my thoughts on and how I would handle them. The scenarios were provided 2 days prior to prepare for and the presentation was done to the VP of client success (Manager) and couple of other members from the organization. Overall it was a very good experience and everybody was very welcoming and easy to communicate to.

I have completed the first round with the talent acquisition recruiter. His name is Sean Araujo, he is very nice and it was a very good experience with him. Then I have been moved to the second round. It was a technical interview with 2 people, one person is very rude while he was talking and he was demoralizing me. His facial expressions were like he was not interested to talk in the interview. The other person was very nice and he asked me all kinds of questions in a nice way and I answered him. I am having a very bad experience in the technical round, I personally felt that why I am giving the interview. I am very good at my technical skills but the way he is asking without any kind of interest makes me feel bad that why I have applied to this company. Even I told my friends not to apply for this kind of company. Suggestion - if the interviewers are having an interest in taking the interview then only you should take the interview, you should not waste the candidate's time.
