It was a seamless process. Sean from the Talents team reached out on Linkedln and had a zoom call scheduled. The discussion was around my experience, goals and general talk. He handled all the interview schedules and communications and it was always wonderful speaking with him. Post that, there were three rounds of interviews. One was with the Production support team which was a technical round. The team was very friendly and it never seemed like there is pressure to know it all. It was more discussion on technical aspects than merely a question-answer. The second round was with the VP of Client Success (Manager) and this was more on my long term goals and thought process. The final round was a presentation style Interview where I was provided with an exercise (scenarios) to present my thoughts on and how I would handle them. The scenarios were provided 2 days prior to prepare for and the presentation was done to the VP of client success (Manager) and couple of other members from the organization. Overall it was a very good experience and everybody was very welcoming and easy to communicate to.
