I interviewed with the recruiter and then the regional sales manager followed by the national sales manager. It was pretty much a typical sales interview process. The recruiter and sales manager were more of a formal question-and-answer interview. The national sales manager interview was more of a casual conversation interview was more of a casual conversation... it was done in person.

The interview process is long and thorough. With sales, this is preferred I think. I was glad to see that Service Express took their hiring so seriously. I like to know the people i am working beside are vetted, qualified, quality people. The recruitment process gave me a really good opportunity to get to know them so that i made a good decision.
