I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Servpro Industries (Lorton, VA) in Apr 2013
Interview
Just one in person interview. Asked about previous experiences and what I brought to the table. The interview was very easy and straightforward. Received a call 2 weeks later saying I got the job.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Servpro Industries (Gallatin, TN) in Sep 2017
Interview
They say they are going to do a phone interview, when you do it they inform you that they aren't the hiring committee that they have to send your info to the hiring management. Then you hear nothing back from them
I applied online. I interviewed at Servpro Industries (Gallatin, TN) in Oct 2012
Interview
It was intense for the job they are hiring for. I had a phone interview and then an interview with the shift supervisor and then with the top manager. Had to take 2 computer tests for competency and knowledge and personality. LOTS of paperwork. I was told they expected "some" overtime and flexibility. (This was a gross understatement) They only want people with previous call center experience, which I had. It did not prepare me for the actual job and the amount of multi-tasking I was expected to do.

"Have you ever not gotten along with a co-worker and how did you handle it?" Their questions were pretty typical of an interview.
