I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Servpro Industries (Carthage, MO) in Jun 2015
Interview
I took a quick test to rate my problem solving skills and reading comprehension, then I met with the office manager and franchise owner. Interview took about an hour and a half. The questions asked made you really think about what they were asking and what you were going to answer.

Question 1
General questions, but there were a couple that stood out.
"What is something you've done that you're proud of?"
"If offered the job right now, what would you do?"
That first one was hard for me; I couldn't think of anything other than raising my daughter.
The second one took a little bit, but be honest, think about what you'd want to do if given a job right then.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Servpro Industries (Westmoreland, NH) in Apr 2025
Interview
Took more than 3 weeks to respond to me initially. My interview was less than 10 minutes. As soon as I told them, two guys, I wanted $20 an hr they basically closed their file and ended the meeting. Not verbally but in their body language. They never called me back even after he told me they would even if they weren't going to offer. He lied. Not shocking this job is on this site and another, routinely.

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Servpro Industries (San Antonio, TX) in Apr 2024
Interview
So, the first step was receiving an email from the company after I applied. They wanted to schedule a phone interview. It started 17 minutes late. I had to email to ask them if anything had changed and then they called me and apologized. The phone interview went pretty smoothly. They asked about my background, experience, and why I was interested in the role. I also got to ask some questions about the company and the team.
After the phone interview, they invited me for an in-person interview at their office. They asked if it could be the same day two hours from the phone interview. They said they would message me the location of the office and they never did. I called back and someone else answered, I explained and all they did was ask if I wanted the address then. I attended the interview and the person had to call their superior to ask if it was ok for us to use his office as a space.
